Im Internet werden verschiedene „8 Relay module“ f\u00fcr schmalen Geldbeutel angeboten, die sehr gut zur Realisierung von Automationsaufgaben geeignet sind.<\/p>\n

Diese Module werden aber meistens mit Minus angesteuert.<\/p>\n

In diesem Beitrag m\u00f6chten wir zeigen wie man unsere\u00a0I2HA Ausgabekarte umbauen kann so dass diese statt Plus den Minus schaltet.<\/p>\n

8 Relay module an der I2HA-Ausgabekarte<\/p><\/div>\n

Arbeitsschritte<\/h3>\n

  1. Treiberbaustein UDN2981A\u00a0(TD62783A) entfernen und durch einen ULN2803 ersetzten.<\/li>\n
  2. Leiterbahn(en) unterbrechen<\/li>\n
  3. Br\u00fccken einl\u00f6ten<\/li>\n
  4. Relaismodul anschlie\u00dfen und testen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Der Treiberbaustein ULN2803 ist nahezu Pin-kompatibel zum UDN2981A\u00a0schaltet aber den Minuspol durch. (NPN)<\/p>\n

    Umbau der I2HA-Karte<\/h2>\n

    Damit der Treiber an der I2C Ausgabekarte funktionier m\u00fcssen auf der R\u00fcckseite drei Leiterbahnen aufgetrennt und zwei neue Verbindungen eingebaut werden.<\/p>\n

    Bereisten Sie zwei Drahtbr\u00fccken f\u00fcr die neuen Verbindungen vor
    \nrot: 37mm Enden verzinnt
    \nSchwarz: 55mm in der Mitte ein St\u00fcck abisolieren und verzinnen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Enden abisolieren und verzinnen<\/p>\n

    Damit der Treiber an der I2C Ausgabekarte mit Optokopplern funktioniert m\u00fcssen\u00a0auf der R\u00fcckseite zwei Leiterbahnen aufgetrennt und zwei neue Verbindungen eingebaut werden.<\/p>\n
