Retro Fit ist ein Bereich der immer st\u00e4rker in den Vordergrund ger\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

Alte SPS-Anlagen mit SIMATIC S5-Steuerungen m\u00fcssen auf S7 umgebaut und die Programme angepasst werden. Softwareseitig ist das oftmals kein so gro\u00dfes Problem, da die neuen CPUs den alten Code locker aufnehmen und abarbeiten k\u00f6nnen. Bei der Hardware sieht das schon etwas schwieriger aus. Hier ein Bild von einer typischen Anlage mit S5-CPU und VIPA-Baugruppen der DEA Serie (DEA-BG05 \u00a0DEA-BG08\u00a0 DEA-BG06\u00a0 DEA-BG09\u00a0 DEA-BG04\u00a0 DEA-BG07)<\/p>\n

Die VIPA-DEA-Baugruppen (DEA = Digitales Ein\/Ausgabesystem) haben 64 Eing\u00e4nge bzw. 64 Ausg\u00e4nge welche auf 26 polige Pfostenstecker gef\u00fchrt sind.<\/p>\n

Sensoren und Aktoren wurden dann \u00fcber Systemkabel auf Klemmenumsetzter DEA-VB48V11 5417V02 an die Baugruppen angeschlossen.<\/p>\n

Dieses \u00dcbergabemodul ist immer noch eine sch\u00f6ne kompakte L\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Die Aufgabe meines Kunden war es nun die „alte“ S5-L\u00f6sung auf SIMATIC S7-300 umzubauen.<\/p>\n

Es gibt von SIEMENS zahlreiche Peripherieadapter und Systemstecker f\u00fcr S7-300 und S7-400 Baugruppen.<\/p>\n

Auch PHOENIX CONTACT hat verschiedene S5\/S7 ADAPTER (z.B.\u00a0VARIOFACE-Frontadapter, f\u00fcr Siemens SIMATIC\u00ae S7-300)\u00a0 von S5 nach S7-Baugruppen im Programm.<\/p>\n

Leider hat er nichts passendes f\u00fcr die 64er Baugruppen von VIPA gefunden.<\/p>\n

Wir haben jetzt eine g\u00fcnstige L\u00f6sung geschaffen um die VIPA-Anschlusskabel mit den 26-poligen Wannensteckern an den SIEMENS Frontsteckmodul f\u00fcr 32kanalige Digitalbaugruppen\u00a0 6ES7 921-3AB20-0AA0 zu verbinden.<\/p>\n

Umsetzer VIPA DEA auf S7-Frontstecker 6ES7 921-3AB20-0AA0<\/p><\/div>\n

Jeweils vier Platinen werden in den Profil-Baugruppentr\u00e4ger (UM 25-Profil) von Phoenix Contact geschoben. Das vorhandene Systemkabel von der baugruppe zum \u00dcbergabemodul wird weiter verwendet und jetzt auf die \u00dcbergabeplatine gesteckt. Die Verbindung zum SIEMENS Frontstecker erfolgt mit Flachbandkabel AWG28, 16-pol., grau auf die Pfostenstecker mit Zugentlastung angebracht sind.<\/p>\n
