In diesem Beitrag wollen wir den Raspberry PI als SPS vorstellen.<\/p>\n

Mit der Entwicklungsumgebung Logi.CAD 3 von der Firma Logi.cals <\/a>kann man SPS-Programme nach der Norm IEC 61131-3 erstellen und auf den PI ausf\u00fchren lassen.<\/p>\n

Die Runtime l\u00e4uft aktuell eine Stunde und bricht dann mit der Bearbeitung ab.<\/p>\n

Eine Lizenz soll es sp\u00e4ter mal geben.<\/p>\n

Raspberry-PI mit I2C-Baugruppen<\/p><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. Hardwareaufbau<\/h3>\n

Das Bild zeigt einen Schulungsaufbau mit dem man entwickelte SPS-Programme live testen kann.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Raspberry-PI mit der I2C-Repeater-Platine.
    \n\u00dcber den Repeater erfolgt die Signalanpassung von 3,3 nach 5V.
    \nDer Raspberry PI kann mit einem getrennten Netzteil versorgt werden als die „SPS-Baugruppen“
    \nDadurch erflgt eine gewisse Trennung zwischen PI und Feld.<\/li>\n
  2. Schaltnetzteil mit +5V, +12V und GND (oben links im Bild) Artikel-Nr.: NT12-3 <\/a><\/li>\n
  3. In der unteren Baugruppenreihe von links nach rechts Artikelgruppe „Hutschienenmodule“<\/a>

    2. Entwicklungsumgebung Logi.CAD herunterladen<\/h3>\n

    Auf der Homepage von Logi.cals <\/a>k\u00f6nnen interessierte SPS-Programmierer einen Download-Link f\u00fcr Logi.CAD 3 Version 1.1.0 anfordern.<\/p>\n

    In dem ZIP-Archiv ist die Entwicklungsumgebung f\u00fcr Win-32 und Win-64 sowie das Runtime-Programm f\u00fcr den PI enthalten.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    3. Java SE Development Kit 7 installieren<\/h3>\n

    Falls die Entwicklungsumgebung nicht startet liegt es eventuell daran dass das JDK (Java development kit) in der aktuellen Version nicht auf Ihrem rechner installiert ist.<\/p>\n

    Das Kit kann von der Oracle-Homepage <\/a>heruntergeladen werden Suchen Sie im Bereich Java SE Development Kit 7 Downloads<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    4. Programm auf dem Raspberry PI installieren.<\/h3>\n

    Im Download-Paket von Logi.Cals ist eine Beschreibung zur Installation mit dabei. Wenn man sich daran h\u00e4lt l\u00e4uft die Runtime auf dem PI.<\/p>\n
